Orders
For all orders, where product is not a stock item, full payment is requested prior to placing an order with our suppliers.
Order times
Orders placed by Monday are normally ready for collection on Thursday morning.
Please note that some specialist items can take between 7-14 days; please ring for details.
Mail Order
UK carriage charges - pet and animal feeds for UK mainland only zones A & B - see chart below
For orders of £45.00 and over - Carriage £3 (up to 15kg)
For orders less than £45.00 - Carriage £6(up to 15kg)
For orders under 2kg – Carriage £4.95 by Royal mail
Please note that orders weighing more than 15kg are subject to a surcharge of 30p per additional kilo.
Additional charges apply to Scotland, Highland and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands zones C & D - please email us or phone 01480 434389 for details.

We now ship throughout Europe for an additional charge, dependent on weight. Please contact our customer service by email us or phone 01480 434389 for details.
Important
In agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to the addition of carriage charges according to weight and your location. We will always endeavour to minimise carriage charges where possible and have negotiated favourable rates.
Please note that ALL deliveries will be signed for, unless we receive your specific instructions to leave your order in an appointed location. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused as result of your instructions. We recommend that if you are likely to be out then please inform us of a neighbour who is able to sign on your behalf.
Our carrier will leave a calling card for you when they have called and are unable to locate anyone.

Prices
The price of the goods may be increased or decreased at any time and the buyer shall be liable to pay for the goods at the price ruling at the date of delivery.
All prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate
Title of goods
Title of all goods supplied by David's Animal Feeds remains with David's Animal Feeds until payment for those goods has been made in full.
